How do I update my address or contact information?
To update your contact information, simply complete an online form on the Members-Only section of the web site.
Is membership refundable or transferable?
Membership is non-refundable due to the availability of free downloads and benefits for members. Membership is non-transferable.
Where can I find information about conferences and seminars held by local AoCOP members?
These will be listed on the Events Page.

Is membership of AoCOP restricted to anyone living in a particular country?
No, where you live does not affect membership.
Does the application for membership need to be completed electronically?
Yes, this cuts down on paperwork and lessens the depletion of worldwide forestations.
Is AoCOP considering the adoption of an ethics statement?
Any set of guidelines published by AoCOP is binding on the membership it pertains to. E.g. Master Cosmic Ordering Practitioners and members wishing to have a listing in the related directory of therapists.
Can a business or corporation join AoCOP?
Yes, These are the Business and Corporate levels of membership which come under the title of Affiliate Member or General Member.
How much does it cost to join AoCOP?
There are various membership packages. Please see the Membership Levels page.
Do I have to be a professional to join AoCOP?
No. Membership is comprised of people from many backgrounds and disciplines and includes beginners, hobbyists, students, corporate bodies and professionals.
Who is in charge of the Guild?
AoCOP is governed by the Governing Board and the day-to-day operations are handled by the Executive Committee of the Governing Board, which consists of The Association’s corporate officers.
Are there any rules I have to follow?
Yes. All members must uphold the Charter.
I just want to be a member. Do I have to subscribe to any mailing lists?
The only mailing list that you will be subscribed to is AoCOP’s membership list/newsletter. Mailings for this list are very infrequent - twice per year at maximum. This newsletter is only posted to by the Governing Board and is the way we notify the membership of new services, new mailing lists, and other important news about your membership.
I am not a member. Can I enrol in a course?
Yes, there are courses that can benefit you and have no restrictions apart from age (you must be over 18 years of age at the commencement of the course).

How do I join?
Complete the membership applications on the relevant page and make payment after completion. If you do not meet the criteria for that level of membership you will be given a full refund.
I don't have any URLs to put on the application - what do I do?
Many AoCOP members do not have a current URL to fill into this field or the URL is not accessible via the Web. You may enter Not Available or whatever is appropriate in the first URL box.
Am I a member after I fill out the form?
You are not officially a member until you have received the Welcome Response, usually within 48 hours (during working week days) after submitting your main registration form. This is confirmation of your successful application and approval for membership.
For higher ranking membership there may be more time is needed to validate your status, which we are sure you will agree is in the best interests of all.
I never received my Welcome E-mail, now what?
If, after 48 hours (subject to it being a working week day) of submitting your main registration form, you have not received your confirmation of successful application, contact us via the contact page. Supply the name you registered under, the email address you used, and any verification codes, etc., that you may have received during the process.
Who do I contact if I have other application problems?
Please send mail via the contact page with your question.
Why did I receive a "Duplicate New-Member Add" message?
This occurs if a second registration is submitted for an E-mail address already in the database.
This can occur in two situations:
1)The registration form has been submitted more than once. This is a rare occurrence as the second submission must be sent prior to the first one beginning processing in the system.
2)The registration form is being used to renew or upgrade a membership.

What is The Association of Cosmic Ordering Practitioners (AoCOP)?
AoCOP is the premiere organisation for Cosmic Ordering practitioners and originators and aims to bring in self regulation in a high level way that will instil confidence in anyone using the services of a Cosmic Ordering practitioner. Founded in July of 2009, the Association serves the informational, educational, and support needs of its members.
Who can join AoCOP?
Any individual or business with an interest in Cosmic Ordering, who is willing to uphold the Association’s code of ethics may become a member. There are various memberships levels to meet your needs.

If I join now, when will my membership begin and end?
Dues are by anniversary and runs from the time you join/renew until the following year during that same time of the year. Obviously this does not apply to the Founder Member status as that is lifelong.
Does AoCOP have an impressive membership?
AoCOP is not looking to have volume membership in terms of what The Association does. Levels of membership are based on an ethos for self regulation, not en masse.
Can an organisation that has members itself join?
Yes. Membership is open to other organisations that themselves have members ("membership organisations"). In this case, the benefits of AoCOP membership generally only extend to the staff and officers of those organisations. Benefits do not flow through to the membership organisation's own members.
Can I have more than one membership level with AoCOP?
Yes, for instance you may be a founder member but wish to take up entitlement as a Master Cosmic Ordering Practitioner member. Dual membership is fine as long as you fit the criteria.
